Hi my loves!

Calling in those who want to dig in deep: of body, of mind, of breath...

This is an invitation to work one-on-one for 3 months. I have 2-3 spaces for online clients and 1 space for in person client at this time (located in Victoria, BC, Canada).

This is a collaborative, co-creative space. I want to help you get to where you want to go.

>> I have expertise in movement + the human body. If you want to develop a deeper connection and awareness to your body through movement and mindfulness- we can explore this! Or, maybe you are a yoga or movement teacher and you want to cultivate more skills and information about the human body, fascia + your unified, biotensegral system, and energy in motion- we can go there, too :) If your body is needing love, injured, or ailed- we can work on ways to rehabilitate your physical form, as well!

>> I have expertise in breathwork, somatic explorations, emotional integration, and energetic healing. If you want to dive into the multidimensional layers of your being, unpack your traumas, dig into emotional intelligence, expand your light body, find what is holding you back, release stagnant energy... We can do that! Breathwork is my heart- it heals like nothing else.

>> I have expertise in online business for wellness practitioners. If you are a yoga, meditation, breathwork, or some form of wellness practitioner who wants to start teaching online, needs a website, wants to build courses, learn online marketing, ads, and all the rest... I can help you! I have trial and error experience + many online business courses behind me, and now, I can truthfully say- I know my shit!

While, not an expert- I have many years practice with learning to eat well, drink well, move well, breathe well, and live well... If you need help in any way... I would be honoured to guide you from my embodied seat of experiential expertise. Mentorship could look like making healthy lifestyle choices and changing unbeneficial patterns.

I am keen to work with people who want to make changes in their lives, who want to show up, do the work, and live as an embodied, authentic masterpiece of themselves! I require commitment to self, to me, and to this opportunity.

I have a lot of fire! I work with momentum, lust for life, and creative inspiration. Creating is my world... And I love seeing people transform and lift up!
